Wow, I just made a smoothie to soothe a sweet craving and it was really, really good so I had to share it!
Into a blender I added the following:
3 Medjool Dates
1 heaped Tsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 medium sized Banana
1 Tsp Cacao Nibs – these gave it a tiny crunchy chocolately thing going on which was awesome
1 heaped Tsp Maca Powder
1 Tablespoon ABC Butter
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk (Home made)
Blend it up until smooth and enjoy! I topped with a little bit of Desiccated Coconut to make it pretty. Unfortunately for you though, it was so pretty and so tasty, I’d already finished it before I thought to take a photo… Sorry!
PS. Sweet craving sorted!
Wow, sounds lovely! Would never have thought to add dates to a smoothie.
